Victor Chesnokovis a political advisor, social activist and a universitylecturer. He holds an MA in International Relations and InternationalCommunicative Technologies (Institute of International Relations, KyivNational Taras Shevchenko University) and a PhD (ABD) inSocialPhilosophy (Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University). Since 2019, he has workedas a consultant for MPs in Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.Additionally, Victor teaches practical sessions in Political Propaganda andCounter-propaganda at the Kyiv School of Economics. Lately, Victor hasbeen actively involved in rebuilding cities and villages in Ukraine, usingboth his extensive government relations experience and a vast network ofinternational contacts with potential donors as well as building contractors.
