Sergei Tselovanlyk

Sergei Tselovanlyk has over 40 years experience as an architect and urban planner in Ukraine, Russia and Scotland. Most recently Sergei served as the Chief Architect of Kyiv and was responsible for designing a new general urban plan for the city of Kyiv and surrounding satellite cities and towns. Sergei has been a member of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine (NUAU) since 1981, serving as Vice-President of Chairman’s Board of NUAU since 1999. Sergei has been awarded the title of Honoured Architect , by the government of Ukraine. It is an honour and a privilege to have someone of Sergei's experience and stature leading the re-design and master planning process of the Peace Coalition rebuilding projects in Ukraine.
