obtained a higher education at the Kyiv Economic Institute of

Management, majoring in "Management of Foreign Economic Activity".

Oleksii began his career in the construction industry more than 20 years ago as

an electrician of technical security systems

and building management systems

.

Over the years, he went through many steps from worker, design engineer,

senior

engineer, project

manager to the

CEO

.

Oleksii

worked in various projects, both in Ukraine and abroad. Participated as an engineer and manager of

projects in Ukraine for certification of sustainable development according to the LEED/BREEAM/DGNB

certification systems.

In May 2022, Oleksii founded the company "DCSE". The main tasks entrusted to the company are the

provision of professional services in the design, construction and restoration of not only buildings in

Ukraine, but also environmental and social improvement with the achievement of results that correspond

to the best practices, with confirmations according to advanced systems of sustainable development.
