Mikhail Mikhailovich Schuster

Mikhail Schuster has a degree in Nuclear power engineering from the  Odessa Polytechnic Institute and has over 25 years experience in nuclear power plant operations. Most recently, Mikhail was responsible for conducting a transparent planning and procurement process for the construction of 3 nuclear reactors at the largest nuclear facility in the world, the Energoatom facility in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. 

When in charge of procurement and construction planing at Energoatom, Mikhail was responsible for enterprise surveys, development of improvement programmes and plans, organisation of planning and quality management, and automation. 

Mikhail's development of a system for planning and monitoring the procurement of goods, works and services in all areas of Energoatom ensured that problems and inconsistencies in the bidding and procurement process were eliminated and conditions created for efficient investment activities, and cost minimisation with an anti-corruption bias.
