Mark Bashlovka holds a degree in International Business from the Institute of International Relations, Kiev National University. As the CEO of Astech Holdings, Mark has developed oil & gas properties as well as technological solutions for water treatment, waste recycling, energyefficient construction and sustainability.

Prior to the war, Mark worked on developing innovative solutions to the myriad problems with infrastructure in the Kyiv region and developed a number of solutions which he looks forward to deploying as part of the pilot project rebuilding process war.

Prior to Astech Holdings, Mark was an international business mediator.

Mark speaks English, French, Hebrew, Russian and Ukrainian.
