Julia Meyer

Julia Meyer is an undergraduate at McGill University pursuing a BA honours degree in International Development and a minor in Geography. A particular area of interest during her degree has been the interactions between the environment, economy and society and in particular on the relationship between armed conflict and environmental change. In addition to her research work for the Ukraine Project, she has worked as a legal intern at a corporate law firm, Barnea Jaffa Lande & Co, which provides legal expertise to corporate clients in high-tech and infrastructure, as well as financial institutions and private investors. Her academic experience surrounding the complex issues of international development and political ecology coupled with her research skills enables Julia to add value to any project team.
