Hoda Hammouda

Hoda Hammouda is a user experience designer, design instructor, and a Ph.D. candidate. Her doctoral research focuses on authenticating citizen journalists' videos that document attacks on civilians. Hoda is researching how measures used to authenticate records in archival diplomatics can be used to enhance the ability of human rights open-source investigators when verifying citizen journalists' videos. Hoda's user experience design work includes designing better services to stitch citizen journalists’ videos captured by multiple witnesses without the use of metadata and designing health applications for the secure exchange of sensitive data.
