Darid Al-Hayali is a strategic consultant, project manager and associate professor. He holds MBA degree from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Institute of International Relations.

Since 2015 he was a project manager in MGS company that is associated with the cooperation with the Middle east and Africa with both government agencies and private companies. Darid was a member of the team which co-operated with Libyan ministry of health in the field of treatment for victims of Libyan war.

From 2017 to 2019 he took an active part in rebuilding community infrastructure like medical clinics in areas like Abu Salim in Tripoli and helped rebuild 10 villages across Libya. Darid leaded new building of 5 villages in Libya and Tunisia.

2019-2021- he participated in advisory team of management consulting, strategy& operations that has reliable business relation with biggest Ukrainian company in different fields (oil&gaz, energy, pharmacy, FMCG).

From 2022 Darid hold a position of Associate professor. His mandate includes: holding seminars in different field related to International Business such as management, logistic, economics, audit, consulting, participation in IIR admission board, member in State Examination Commission.
